The majority of the body is water. So, staying hydrated by drinking enough water is one of the most important things aspects of health, well-being and performance. 


Hydration helps you body to function well and even helps with sleep. So, make sure that you're sufficiently hydrated throughout the day because by the time you feel thirsty, you already dehydrated. 


It is one of the easier things to get right, because all it takes is regular water throughout the day to get the 2 or more litres that most people require.
