The ‘why’ - gives purpose to what you do and can reconnect you with the intrinsic motivation that helps you to keep going when it's difficult. Every decision you make is an opportunity to walk your why. 


Will you move towards what's most important to you? 


I know it's not easy and there are lots of temptations that can get in the way, but walking your why is worth it. 


What's your why? Reconnect with the deeper meaning of it and let it fuel you.
