I like this because it rhymes, but also because it holds an important truth about life... which is that your brain gets better at things that you pay attention to. 

 

What you pay attention to becomes your reality, which is why one of the most powerful things you can do to improve your life is re-wire your brain to notice what's right, rather than fixate on what's wrong. 

 

This is the science of gratitude. 

 

By practicing doing this for just two minutes a day for 21 days, you can make it a fixed habit. 

 

People have literally turned from pessimists who dwell on what’s wrong, to optimists, who expect and work for things to go right, in just 21 days practising this.
