A key factor in daily energy and fatigue is nutrition. Nutrition's a really complex subject, but if you are feeling like your energy is lacking, then nutrition is one of the first things you want to look at. 


Are there elements of what you're eating and drinking that are giving you short term energy but not longer lasting sustenance? Are there areas of your diet that you can improve? 


Make sure that your meals aren't too far apart, you are drinking plenty of water, and you are selecting healthy options. 


It is easy to become a bit deficient in certain nutrients. By eating a balanced diet of healthy foods you can optimise your health and feel more energised everyday.
